Improve-Your-Tennis.com Newsletter---Footwork Drills For You December 16, 2012 |
Hi everyone, It has been a great week. My family and I just came back from Taiwan. It was a pretty short trip but I enjoyed it very much.
For today's newsletter, I want to share with you some footwork drills that I found very interesting and inspiring to learn.
One of the things that was shared during the GPTCA Conference was that coordination and balance are two key factors for a player to play good tennis. The best age to train these skills are between 5-15 years old.
If you are over 15 years old, it's fine. You can still pick up your coordination and balance skills gradually and they will help you to improve your tennis for sure.
Watch this video clip and you will be inspired to pick up a few drills to try them on court today!
I look forward to hear your feedback and sharing.
Committed to your tennis, Joel Founder, www.improve-your-tennis.com
p.s. if you like this newsletter, forward it to your friends or anyone who wish to improve their tennis. I am sure it will benefit them.
